I’m a Personal trainer from Adelaide, South Australia. I have been working out of Goodlife Marion since 2017. My passion is for health and fitness.
I use a broad approach to help my clients acheive their goals with a minimum effective dose (I help them make fitness an easy part of their lifestyle) .
My goal is to educate my clients with a holistic approach to their training- to use fitness as a tool to better themselves in all aspects of their lives. Sleep, stress and nutrition are some of my speciality areas but what I live and breath is weight training.
I train my clients with simple movements so that they can remain pain free and become the strongest they have ever been.
